Construction Skills College have worked with B&Q for many years. During this time we have delivered training to their staff on products sold in store and how to complete projects related to plastering, plumbing, bathroom installations, tiling, electrical installations, carpentry, flooring, decking, painting and decoration, bricklaying and kitchen and bedroom installations.
We were also selected as the only training provider to deliver training to approx 1,800 B&Q staff across 52 stores throughout the UK and Ireland in relation to their new tiling range. This training was to give staff the knowledge and confidence to advice customers of selecting the correct tiles to use for their individual requirements including natural stone tiles, to advice on the correct sealers, adhesives, grouts and cleaners and we also delivered training sessions to B&Q staff on how to complete tiling projects.
“Construction Skills have delivered exceptional training and support … because of this we work very closely together ” B&Q Training Manager
