Partnerships and Success Stories
Partnerships - We are currently contacting companies that we work with to ask them for a statement that we can add to this section of our website. We will also be adding video clips that highlight how we have successfully worked with these companies. The following links highlight partnerships we have with B&Q and Better West Midlands Redundancy Support Project.
Success Stories - We are currently contacting past course attendees to find out if they have used the skills that they learned on our courses, be this by either completing work on their own properties, gaining employment with a company or becoming a self employed tradesperson. Please see below for more information about our success stories, some success stories can also be found in the links above.

After being made redundant I chose a career change and took advantage of the courses available at Construction Skills College. A year later I am building a Customer base of clients who trust me and are very happy with the level of service I offer. I focus on electrical work but with my new skills in plumbing, plastering and tiling; I can complete all my own work without the need for anyone else. Customers like this as they have a one-stop-shop for their repairs, maintenance and renewals. My time spent at CSC have built my confidence and changed the way I work. I would recommend the courses available to anyone looking to improve their skills for personal pleasure or business requirements

Im doing really well since going self employed in September, have tiled two floors one was a kitchen and the other a large front room which I layed electric underfloor heating before tiling, plumbed in a bath and did a slate tile splash back around it. I have got two more jobs off the back of my last one, a wet room which im doing next week, and a hard wood tongue and groove floor that I am starting after the wetroom. I have also put a qoute in for a tiling job after Christmas. Thanks again for your great courses. Russell Gobby
